Become a Founding Expert

Quilt is reimagining how to support America's 40+ million unpaid family caregivers with affordability and accessibility in mind. Our first product will be a library of high-quality, on-demand video classes led by diverse medical and non-medical experts.

Quilt is recruiting charismatic and creative Founding Experts with experience in fields related to caregiving to lead its first video classes.

Those fields include, but aren't limited to:

Medical fields like Geriatrics, Palliative Care, Hospice Care, Physical and Occupational Therapy, Care Management, Patient Advocacy, Social Work, Grief Counseling, and Family Therapy
Non-Medical fields like Estate Law, Elder Law, Fiduciary Financial Planning, Long-Term Care Facility Administration, Home Caregiving, Chaplaincy, Accessibility Construction and Consulting, and Professional Organizing

Quilt is a remote-first company looking for Founding Experts located throughout the United States – with a preference for experts who are located near our team members and partners in CA, OR, and WA.

Quilt will offer all Founding Experts competitive compensation. Previous on-camera experience is helpful, but definitely isn't required.
